Angela Castagnola
Angela has been dancing since the age of 3, so it wasn't a big change to transition from dance to yoga. The tools that she has learned in yoga are life-changing.
Angela is a KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) certified yoga teacher, first certified with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa and Sada Sat Kaur in 2003, then with Rosie in 2004. Angela also studied Advanced Teacher Training in 2011.
"I am so grateful to my teachers Rosie and Yogi Bhajan for all their teachings. My goal is to help people and if I can just help one that makes me happy."

Samantha Johnson
Samantha is a South Bay native who grew up loving to dance…it didn't matter what style of dance or where she was doing it, she just needed movement in her life. It wasn't until her first Yoga class over 15 years ago that she experienced movement in a way that connected mind and body on a whole new level. After becoming a mother of two she realized the need for deeper spiritual connection in her daily life and yoga practice. This need and appreciation for all yoga has to offer drove her to become a certified yoga instructor in Hatha Yoga.
Samantha's teaching focuses on creating a steady (sthira) and sweet (sukha) foundation while fully experiencing the wonderful dance between breath and movement. Her goal is to encourage a mindful and compassionate practice where students can explore their own inner strength and awareness - allowing them to walk in this world balanced, peaceful and inspired.
Samantha shares life's amazing journey with her two beautiful children and incredibly supportive husband.
Sam teaches classes on the regular schedule, serves as a substitute teacher, and is available for private sessions.

Kerry Tani
Kerry is grateful for Yoga Bindu, where she has attended classes since it opened over 10 years ago and where she received her teacher training certification. In 2006, she was introduced to Yin yoga by Paul Grilley and since then has been greatly influenced by yoga and meditation practice with Sarah and Ty Powers.
Kerry approaches her practice from an understanding that we've all had a variety of life experiences, and that our yoga practice should embrace that variety. She finds yoga to be a terrific way to acknowledge and release the stresses of everyday life, connect with others, and be joyful at all that we have.
"Yoga is a great way to learn tools and techniques to help you be better at the life you live each day."
Her classes incorporate asana (postures) to help you stretch the body, pranayama (breathing techniques) to help you control energetic elements, and meditation to help you focus the mind. Kerry serves as a substitute teacher and is available for private sessions.
